FAST & FURIOUS STAR LUDACRIS COMMENTS ON DWAYNE JOHNSON & VIN DIESEL FEUD

Ludacris, Fast & Furious star, commented recently on the Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson feud. The Johnson-Dyno feud started with Fast Five. Johnson, also known as “The Rock,” took to Instagram to post a passive-aggressive comment that called out the actors’ lack of professionalism on the set displayed. Johnson compared these actors to “candy ases,” but he didn’t name any names. Later, however, it was revealed that Johnson had made references to Diesel in his post.
Johnson would go on to be a star in Hobbs & Shaw’s Fast & Furious spinoff. However, he was absent from F9, the latest installment of the franchise. Many wondered if his feud with Diesel was the reason for Johnson’s absence. Diesel spoke out about his tough love for Johnson after the dust had settled over the years. Even though Diesel and Johnson have appeared to be at peace on social media, it hasn’t stopped other Fast & Furious cast members from weighing in.
Ludacris spoke to Us Weekly about the Johnson-Dick Diesel feud on Fast & Furious. Ludacris told Us Weekly that the situation between his co-stars was “delicate.” Although the rapper-turned-actor is aware of the tension between them, he prefers that they handle it. Below is Ludacris’ comments on the Johnson-Dick Diesel feud:
“All that I can tell you is that I believe those two men are grown, men. The Rock is believed to have spoken on this, and I don’t want to talk for either of them. It’s a delicate situation, so I let them express their minds and keep it that way.
Diesel and Johnson became so bitter that Diesel never again appeared in the same scene in 2017’s The Fate of the Furious. Johnson recently apologized for making the feud public after deleting his post on social media that was exposed to national attention. Johnson recently commented on the feud in a recent interview. He said, “it wasn’t my best day sharing that.” Johnson has not been scheduled to appear in Fast & Furious 2 sequels since the rift. Johnson will, however, reprise his role as Hobbs & Shaw’s sequel.
Although Ludacris would not detail the feud, the actor acknowledged that there was tension on set. Johnson and Diesel may no longer be in a rivalry, but Diesel doesn’t seem to be joining forces anytime soon. This means that while Ludacris is set to reprise his role as mechanic-turned-hacker Tej in the next two Fast & Furious movies, Johnson’s character will remain absent.
Dwayne Johnson, also known as “The Rock,” claimed that he shouldn’t have shared his Fast and Furious feud against Vin Diesel with the public. But, in this instance, the actor is wrong. Dwayne and Vin Diesel’s feud started many years ago. Johnson took issue with Diesel’s conduct after he made several appearances in The Fast Saga. The eighth film in the franchise, Fate of the Furious, saw things get heated. Johnson called out Diesel in an Instagram post that has since been deleted. Although the two had spelled things out in a meeting, Diesel and Johnson have been bringing up the issue in interviews and entertainment news since.
The Johnson and Diesel feud has been made public, and the pair have lived together in Fast and Furious without ever having to live on the same set. Johnson split from the leading franchise and teamed up with Jason Statham’s Deckard Shaw for 2019’s Hobbs & Shaw. The film made a massive success at the box office and earned more than 750 million worldwide. This proved that Johnson’s Luke Hobbs did not need to be tied to Fast and Furious. On the other hand, Diesel has continued to play Dominic Toretto’s role in the main Fast and Furious movies. F9, which was released during a worldwide pandemic, has been one of the most successful films of 2021. It brought in over 700 million worldwide.
