Kylie Jenner Files Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner has filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker who repeatedly visits her LA home.

The youngest sister of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians family has officially filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker after the man visited her home on numerous occasions. Not exactly a stranger to unexpected house visits from strange men, this is one of a few incidents in which Kylie Jenner has dealt with strangers trespassing. Kylie has multiple homes in Los Angeles, but her primary residence is a 12 million mansion in Hidden Hills, CA, near sister Kim Kardashian and momager Kris Jenner.

As one of the most successful and lucrative makeup moguls, the young billionaire and creator of Kylie Cosmetics certainly has a lot to protect. Kylie gave birth to her first child, Stormi Webster, 3, in February 2018 with her partner and “Astroworld rapper Travis Scott. The couple briefly separated in 2019, Kylie and Scott remained close friends as they co-parented their daughter. A bit over a year later, reports began swirling about the KUWTK star giving her relationship with Scott another try. The couple confirmed that Kylie is pregnant with a second child from Scott in September 2021.

In court documents obtained by Radar, the Kylie Cosmetics founder filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker who has made numerous attempts to see her in her Los Angeles home. The documents explained that security apprehended the man after claiming he intended to pick Kylie up for a date and deliver her presents. On December 9th, the stalker trespassed her residence by jumping over a fence with a bouquet before being apprehended by the Los Angeles Police Department. Kylie claims that the same man has attempted to contact her for the past two months, ignoring the multiple warnings he has received from Kylie’s security team and the police. After the December 9 incident, Kylie’s lawyer filed a restraining order. Granted by a Los Angeles judge, the stalker is to stay 100 yards away from the KUWTK star’s home at all times.

While the restraining order stands, reports show that the alleged stalker returned to Kylie’s residence again on the 21st of December. Reportedly attempting to reach Kylie via her call box, he once again claimed he was there to pick Kylie up for another date. There has yet to be a response to the most recent incident, but Kylie has spoken freely of how the harassment has negatively impacted her mental well-being. “I have no relationship with Mr. Mesgan and have never met or communicated with him,” the pregnant KUWTK star explained in the official filing. “There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to come to my home or to attempt to contact me. As a result of [his] numerous attempts to access my home, I have suffered and continue to suffer, emotional distress…fearful for my safety and the safety of my family.

As a 23-year-old mother to a three-year-old with another baby on the way, there’s no denying that a stalker within the equation is an unwelcomed situation. While Kylie has had extensive experience with being followed by countless paparazzi within the Keeping Up With the Kardashians spotlight, no one should feel unsafe in their own home due to stalkers that refuse to take a hint. While the restraining order was a step in the right direction for the Kylie Cosmetics founder, it seems that her security team will need to keep their eyes peeled for the alleged stalker as he has shrugged off the court order. Hopefully, with time, the alleged stalker will finally leave Kylie alone and she can reside with her family at home and in peace.
