Just days after it was revealed Keanu Reeves bought $9K Rolex watches for members of his stunt crew, another one of the actor’s kind gestures was caught on camera on the set of John Wick 4.
The 57-year-old actor was spotted on video (via Twitter user Todd Spence) in his full costume, carrying a large production crate up a hill.
He was also seen carrying a tote bag, with another black bag strapped to his back as he pitched in for the crew on set.
Reeves was in his full costume – a slick black suit – walking up the hill with the production crate.
He was even approached by a crew member to take the crate, but he said something to him and continued to carry it up the hill.
Production started in late June, with production taking place in Berlin, Paris, Japan and New York City.
This wasn’t the first time Reeves was seen pitching in on set, as the actor was spotted earlier this month carrying more gear as well.
Reeves was seen carrying a large orange life preserver and another black tote bag while casually walking through the set.
It was also recently revealed that he gifted his four-man stunt team Rolex Submariner watches valued at $9,150 each.
The recipients of the gifts – Bruce Concepcion, Jeremy Marinas, Dave Camarillo, and Li Qiang – with Marinas sharing the gift on his Instagram story.
He added it was the, ‘best wrap gift ever,’ revealing the inscription that read, ‘The John Wick Five Jeremy Thank you Keanu JW4 2021.’
With post-production getting under way, Lionsgate has set a May 27, 2022 release date for the sequel.
Reeves returns as the title character, along with Laurence Fishburne as The Bowery King, Lance Reddick as Charon and Ian McShane as Winston.
New cast members include Donnie Yen as Caine, Hiroyuki Sanada as Shimazu and Shamier Anderson as Tracker.
