Megan Fox could pay Brian Austin Green spousal support as ‘severe vertigo prevents him from working’

Megan Fox will “almost certainly” be required to pay spousal support to her ex Brian Austin Green, according to reports.

The Transformers actress filed for divorce from Anger Management actor Brian just days after announcing their split last week.

As part of their divorce Megan, 29, could have to pay her ex support because there is a large disparity in income between the two stars, according to TMZ.

Megan and Brian were involved in a car accident in December 2014 and while the pair were not injured the gossip site claims the accident left Brian with vertigo “so bad he can’t get out of bed”.

They claim he has not worked since the accident.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star Megan is said to be seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two sons, Noah, two, and Bodhi, 18 months.

Sources told the site that the duo, who started dating in 2004, did not sign a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot in Hawaii in 2010, so they are expected to equally divide their assets.

Another source recently claimed the duo could reconcile in the future because they still “love each other very much.”

The friend added: “Anything could happen in the future, but for now they’ve decided it’s best to take some time apart.”
